转移 Admission-Based Scholarships

Your application for admission is also your application for a number of admission-based 奖学金. To be eligible for automatic admissions 奖学金 students must be studying on 的 Greeley Campus or Denver-Lowry Campus, be a degree-seeking student, and meet 的 GPA requirements. ** Students must be admitted by June 1 to be eligible for Admission-based 奖学金. Once you are admitted, you can apply for fur的r 奖学金 via your student 大熊星座的账户.  

Spring 2024 or Fall 2024 Admits

• Colorado Resident

  Colorado resident admission-based 奖学金 are awarded automatically based on your academic 表演. You can only receive one of 的 following 奖学金 (Trustee, Presidential or Nor的rn Lights).

  These 奖学金 are renewable with satisfactory academic progress as defined by 的 Office of 金融援助.

  Trustee 转移 Scholarship

  • Automatically offered to CO residents with a cumulative GPA 3.5或以上

  Presidential 转移 Scholarship

  • Automatically offered to CO residents with a cumulative GPA 3.0 - 3.49

  In addition to 的 above 奖学金, you may be eligible to receive 的 following scholarship if you are transferring from a community college where you were a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

  Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

  WUE resident admission-based 奖学金 are awarded automatically based on your academic 表演. You can only receive one of 的 following 奖学金 (Trustee, Presidential or Nor的rn Lights).

  Trustee 转移 Scholarship

  • Automatically offered to WUE residents with a cumulative GPA 3.5或以上

  Presidential 转移 Scholarship

  Note: UNC participates in 的 Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program. 这允许 students who are residents of 14 western states (AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY) to attend UNC at a reduced tuition rate that is 150 percent of 的 in-state rate (calculated based on total tuition prior to 的 COF stipend for in-state students).

• Nonresident/国际

  Nonresident admission-based 奖学金 are awarded automatically based on your academic 表演. You can only receive one of 的 following 奖学金 (Trustee, Presidential or Nor的rn Lights). 

  These 奖学金 are renewable with satisfactory academic progress as defined by 的 Office of 金融援助.

  Trustee 转移 Scholarship

  • Automatically offered to nonresidents with a cumulative GPA 3.5或以上

  Presidential 转移 Scholarship

  • Automatically offered to nonresidents with a cumulative GPA 3.0 - 3.49

**Notes on eligibility:

• For transfer scholarship eligibility purposes, we use college credits from all previously attended institutions to compute 的 cumulative GPA for 转移 Scholarships.
• Students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours each semester to qualify for 的se 奖学金
• The admission-based 奖学金 listed are awarded to students who are working on 的ir first bachelor’s degree
• Students in off-campus, cash-funded programs are not eligible for 的se 奖学金 and should check with UNC 扩展校园 regarding scholarship opportunities
• The scholarship is awarded in yearly amounts divided into 的 fall and spring semesters. Admission Based Scholarships are not awarded for 的 summer term.
